Support and rest are essential, no parent can thrive without both. My approach is built on two strong pillars: Trust and Safety.
Trust: I provide transparency through ready-to-read logs; documenting every feed, diaper change, and sleep interval.
When you wake you know exactly what happened without the guesswork. I am always in the process of completing certifications or continued education so that I can reach the highest levels of care. Your family deserve the best informational and educational support, not trendy hype from social media. If I can't answer a question, I will put in the time to research it for you or refer you to someone that does, so that you don't go down a Google rabbit hole at three in the morning.
Safety: I follow safe-sleep standards provided by the American Academy of Pediatrics, and am certified in CPR/First Aid through the American Red Cross. I do not wear jewelry and strong scents to prevent scratches or caregiver confusion. The attention to detail that I provide during a shift is designed to eliminate preventable risks. Your baby is in safe hands.
I understand the weight of handing a baby over and asking for help. I understand the importance of bonding and attachment.
My role is to shoulder the night-time burden so that you can wake ready to take on another day of bonding with your baby.
